- You live in a private house
- You only charge your private vehicle (no company car)
If you have/want to install an EMS (Energy Management System):
- Your EMS can communicate with the wallbox via OCPP 1.6.

- You live in an apartment building
- You would like to charge your company car

About the installation
Included services
The following services are included in the above packages:

- Your selected wallbox (without cable)
- 1x circuit breaker and 1x RCD
- Power cable between wallbox and distribution board (up to 5 m)
- Cable conduit (up to 5 m)
- Clamping and small material
Labor
- Carrying out a remote home check
- Travel up to 50 km
- Wall mounting & commissioning of the wallbox
- Measurement and briefing
- Creating a safety certificate (SiNa)
- Registration of the wallbox with the grid operator
Excluded services
Further services (additional cable length, installation of overvoltage protection, earthworks and civil engineering work, tiling, work at height or special network operator requirements, etc.) are not included and, if necessary, will be offered on a time and material basis.

You will go through the following steps.
Online pre-check
Follow the link and answer all questions conveniently in the online pre-check.
(Remote) home check
A qualified electrician will carry out a home check with you on site or via video chat.
Receive offer
Based on the home check, you will receive an individual installation offer.
Installation date
After accepting the offer, your wallbox will be shipped and you will receive an installation appointment.

Why do I need a wallbox?
A normal socket is not enough to charge your new Renault. To charge at home, you therefore need a wallbox optimized for this application.
You will receive this within our process.
Why order the wallbox here through Mobilize?
Mobilize Power Solutions has already put together attractive packages for you as a Renault customer in advance with Schneider Electric. These include both the wallbox and the installation for predefined services.
Can I use my own electrician?
To receive the subsidy from Renault, you must submit an installation request via inno2fleet.
If you want to complete the installation in another way, you must do so outside of this process.
How much does installation cost?
If the installation is not covered by the services included in the package, you will receive an individual installation offer after the home check, which is tailored to your individual circumstances.
How long does the process take?
After your request, an electrician will contact you in a few days regarding the home check.
In most cases, installation should be completed within 6 weeks of the request.
